Today, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro (PhD), was honoured with a prestigious plaque by the INTERPOL National Central Bureau (NCB), Abuja, in recognition of his outstanding support to INTERPOL NCB, the Nigeria Police Force, and his meritorious service to the nation.
The plaque was formally presented to the PAP Administrator in his office in Abuja by ACP Usman Ahmed Abdul-Dimka, on behalf of the leadership of INTERPOL NCB, Abuja. The award underscores Dr Otuaro’s commitment to strengthening security collaboration and institutional support for law enforcement agencies in Nigeria.
While receiving the honour, Dr Otuaro expressed profound appreciation to INTERPOL NCB and the Nigeria Police Force for the recognition. He reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to selfless service, national security, and initiatives that promote peace, stability, and development across the country.
Reacting to the honour, General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, congratulated Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro, describing the recognition as well-deserved. He noted that the award reflects Dr Otuaro’s visionary leadership, dedication to national service, and impactful contributions to security sector collaboration.
