The National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, General Elaye Dollar Slaboh, has showered praise on the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, for demonstrating what he described as “bold, responsible and student-centered leadership” in responding to the challenges faced by student beneficiaries of the PAP.
In an official statement made available to FrontNaija News, General Slaboh described the decision of Dr. Otuaro to clear all outstanding monthly stipends, book allowances, and accommodation fees for students under the programme as a watershed moment in the ongoing reforms of the Amnesty Office.
