In a renewed effort to foster unity and strengthen collaboration among the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Phases of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), the National Chairman of the Third Phase, Gen. T.D. Dollar (Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh), has inaugurated new national officers at the National Secretariat in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
The newly inaugurated officers include:
Gen. Baras S. — Special Adviser to the National Chairman on Peace and Conflict Resolution
Gen. Jeff — National Provost
Ebi Rawlings — Abuja Representative
Speaking during the inauguration, Gen. T.D. Dollar emphasized the importance of unity, discipline, and synergy among the leadership of the First, Second, and Third Phases of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. He reiterated his commitment to deepening peace, effective communication, and mutual understanding among all ex-agitators and stakeholders across the Niger Delta region.
He further stated that the strengthening of the PAP leadership structures would promote conflict resolution, capacity development, and economic reintegration among beneficiaries of all phases.
Observers commended Gen. Dollar’s leadership style, describing the appointments as a strategic step toward consolidating peace and coordination among the different phases of the Amnesty Programme.
