We, the genuine leaders and stakeholders of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), continue to stand firmly with the leadership of Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, believing in his vision for development, peace, and prosperity across the region.
At this point, we issue a stern warning to those impersonators and blackmailers who are spreading falsehoods and trying to cause division. We urge them to stop these disruptive actions immediately. The peace and stability we enjoy in the Niger Delta must not be undermined. If they persist, we will expose them—anonymous or not—and hand them over to the appropriate authorities.
We also thank the general public for not giving attention to the baseless claims made by such individuals. Your refusal to spread misinformation is a powerful act in support of peace and truth.
Furthermore, we call on all Niger Delta leaders and stakeholders to emulate the exemplary leadership style of King Ateke Tom in fostering peace and regional development.
Lastly, we encourage all PAP beneficiaries, stakeholders, and leaders to work collaboratively with Chief Dr. Otuaro’s administration. We must not allow blackmailers, miscreants, or impostors to mislead us or destroy the vision of someone who truly means well for the region.
Let us remain united in our efforts—working together for lasting peace, unity, and the development of the Niger Delta.
