The Edo State Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), General Ken Beghin, popularly known as the Oswomalu 1 of Egbema Kingdom, has expressed strong support for the reformation and empowerment agenda of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
General Beghin commended Dr. Otuaro for his visionary leadership and transparent approach in reviving the Amnesty Programme to better serve the people of the Niger Delta region. According to him, Dr. Otuaro’s reforms have restored confidence, fairness, and credibility in the system, ensuring that beneficiaries are given equal opportunities for training, education, and empowerment.
He also reaffirmed his total loyalty and allegiance to the National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, describing him as the only legitimate and recognized national leader of the Third Phase.
General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh has continued to lead with truth, unity, and purpose. His leadership style has brought together leaders, delegates, and beneficiaries under one strong national structure. Under his direction, the Third Phase has remained peaceful, coordinated, and progressive, Gen. Ken Beghin stated.
General Beghin, who represents Edo State in the leadership structure of the Third Phase, further pledged the continuous support of Edo State beneficiaries to the administration of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro and General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, stressing that their partnership is producing visible progress in the region.
He urged all stakeholders, ex-agitators, and community leaders across the Niger Delta to remain united and supportive of the ongoing reforms aimed at promoting peace, empowerment, and regional development.
General Beghin concluded by emphasizing that the Edo State chapter of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme will continue to uphold the values of discipline, cooperation, and transparency under the guidance of General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh and the reform-driven administration of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro.
