Speaking at the Digital Media Summit held in Abuja, President Tinubu emphasized the powerful role of new media in shaping national development. He encouraged Nigerian digital influencers to use their platforms to promote problem-solving, job creation, and unity.
> “Verify before you amplify,” the President warned, stressing the importance of truth and responsible communication in the digital age. He challenged young Nigerians to build businesses that can employ others, create content that uplifts society, and serve as digital ambassadors for the nation.
Tinubu also reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to:
Expanding digital infrastructure,
Increasing funding for tech innovation, and
Providing reliable internet access across the country.
He ended his address by charging young Nigerians to lead with integrity and become the positive change-makers the country needs.
