Leaders are smiling with joy and fulfillment as the first edition of the Phase One and Phase Two leadership training officially concludes, paving the way for the commencement of the Third Phase.
We use this medium to sincerely commend the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, for his steadfast, visionary, and unshakable commitment to the revival and growth of the Programme.
We also deeply appreciate his dedicated team who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth and successful execution of the training. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed — thank you for your service and sacrifice.
A special commendation goes to the Technical Assistant to the Administrator, Mr. Edgar Biu Daniel, for his unwavering support, coordination efforts, and loyal assistance to the Administrator. His commitment to excellence and hands-on involvement have been instrumental to the seamless delivery of the leadership training and other programme activities.
Mr. Edgar Biu Daniel has proven himself as a dependable bridge between the Administrator and the beneficiaries. His humility, accessibility, and dedication to the success of this programme have inspired many of us. He remains a shining example of what true leadership and service look like within the Amnesty Programme.
To our fellow leaders across the programme: be patient and remain calm. Otuaro’s leadership is inclusive and forward-thinking. Every leader will be carried along. The process is in batches, and by next week, the first edition across all phases will be fully concluded.
With your continued support and cooperation, Otuaro’s capable leadership team will be empowered to serve us even better.
