In a new prophetic declaration, the outspoken cleric warned that the president is being dangerously misled by those closest to him — including political allies, media handlers, and paid influencers.
According to Primate Ayodele, these individuals are deliberately presenting a distorted image of public support and national satisfaction — a far cry from the harsh realities millions of Nigerians face daily. He stressed that hardship, hunger, insecurity, and frustration have become widespread, yet the media narrative around Tinubu paints a false picture of progress and approval.
Mr. President, don’t let the fake praise deceive you. They are shielding you from the truth. The people are suffering, and you need to hear them, not your strategists,” the cleric warned.
Ayodele also cautioned that unless President Tinubu humbles himself, listens to the cries of the common man, and separates truth from propaganda, his administration may face unexpected political backlash — especially as the 2027 general elections draw closer.
