The national leadership of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), under the distinguished leadership of General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, has strongly condemned the coordinated blackmail campaign being waged against the Administrator of the Programme, Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro.
The leadership refutes in clear terms all misleading claims circulating online, including fabricated allegations of murder, human ritualism, trafficking, and terrorism financing. These are baseless accusations deliberately crafted to tarnish the hard-earned reputation of Dr. Otuaro, a respected leader and peace advocate in the Niger Delta region.
Investigations reveal that Mr. Jude Gbagbajor has been hiring individuals from outside the Niger Delta to stage false protests and spread misleading narratives against the PAP Administrator. Mr. Gbagbajor, who was invited by Nigerian authorities for questioning, fled the country instead of cooperating and continues to sponsor online blackmail from abroad.
The Third Phase leadership emphasizes that they will not fold their hands or remain silent while a single individual seeks to undermine the integrity and credibility of the Programme. Jude Gbagbajor and his paymasters must be called to order. While the Programme and its members are peace-loving, they will never allow any individual to tarnish the image of respected leaders, particularly Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, whose contributions to peace, empowerment, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta are widely recognized.
General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, on behalf of the entire Third Phase ex-agitators, called on Nigerians, stakeholders, and the media to ignore false narratives and unverified claims. He reaffirmed their unwavering support for Dr. Otuaro and commended his commitment to transparency, peace-building, and regional development.
The Third Phase PAP remains focused, stable, and committed to delivering President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda in the Niger Delta, ensuring peace, stability, and socio-economic development for the region.
