We, the leaders and beneficiaries of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Program under the National Chairman Of Gen.Elaye Slabor Dollar would like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, the Administrator of the Niger Delta Amnesty Program, for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the development of the Niger Delta region.
