OTUARO STRENGTHENS TIES WITH NIGER DELTANS IN LAGOS.
In the early hours of Saturday, 15th November 2025, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, held a town hall meeting with Niger Deltans residing in Lagos State. The gathering provided a valuable platform for him to interact directly with the people, share detailed updates on the achievements recorded so far, and outline the renewed direction of the Programme under his leadership. The atmosphere was warm and engaging as he highlighted the progress being made in promoting peace, capacity building, and improving the welfare of beneficiaries across the region.
Dr. Otuaro emphasized that the successes witnessed under the PAP are strengthened by the steady support and commitment of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
