Gen. Elaye Slaboh Commends Dr. Dennis Otuaro for Leadership Training, Yuletide Support to Third Phase Amnesty Beneficiaries
The leadership of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), under the leadership of the National Chairman, Gen. Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh (rtd.), has expressed profound gratitude to the Administrator of the Programme, Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro (Ph.D.), for his outstanding commitment to capacity building and stakeholder welfare.
Gen. Elaye Slaboh praised Dr. Otuaro for the successful completion of Batch 2 of the Second Stream Leadership Training Programme, describing it as a strategic initiative that has strengthened leadership capacity among Niger Delta stakeholders. He noted that the inclusion of Third Phase leaders and beneficiaries, especially during the Yuletide season, has rekindled hope and reinforced confidence in the Programme.
The National Chairman further commended the Administrator’s ongoing reforms and rebranding efforts, which he said have repositioned the Presidential Amnesty Programme for greater effectiveness, inclusiveness, and sustainable impact.
In a remarkable display of compassion, Dr. Dennis Otuaro also provided bags of rice for distribution to Third Phase leaders and beneficiaries through the National Chairman. The gesture was warmly received and appreciated by beneficiaries across various communities, adding joy to the festive season.
Gen. Elaye Slaboh described Dr. Otuaro as a humane, responsive, and visionary leader, whose actions continue to promote peace, unity, and development in the Niger Delta.
