PRESIDENTIAL AMNESTY PROGRAMME UNDER DR. DENNIS BRUTU OTUARO DEPLOYS ANOTHER BATCH OF UK POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARS.

Today, the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), under the dynamic and visionary leadership of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, successfully deployed another batch of foreign postgraduate scholarship beneficiaries to reputable universities in the United Kingdom.
As part of the deployment process, the Programme organized a comprehensive pre-departure orientation for the scholars at its headquarters in Abuja. The orientation was designed to adequately prepare the beneficiaries for their academic journey abroad and to familiarize them with expectations and responsibilities. In further demonstration of PAP’s commitment to academic excellence and student support, the scholars were also provided with laptops to enhance their studies and research.
This laudable development clearly reflects the strong commitment of Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, PhD, to human capital development, youth empowerment, and sustainable peace in the Niger Delta region. His leadership continues to reposition the Presidential Amnesty Programme as a result-oriented institution focused on education and capacity building.
Special commendation is also extended to the Technical Adviser, Mr. Edgar Biu Daniel, whose dedication, administrative efficiency, and support have greatly contributed to the smooth coordination of the Programme. His efforts have made operations easier and more effective for the Administrator, further strengthening the success of PAP initiatives.
The Presidential Amnesty Programme remains steadfast in its mission to empower beneficiaries through education and skills development, setting new benchmarks in transformational leadership and sustainable development.
