The National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, General Elaye Dollar Slaboh, has called on camp leaders and beneficiaries to exercise patience and remain supportive as the new administrator, Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, sets out to reposition the programme for greater impact.
In a statement issued to stakeholders, Gen. Slaboh noted that the current leadership is focused on implementing strategic reforms centered around human capital development and infrastructural investment, with the ultimate goal of improving the lives of all beneficiaries.
“I have taken my time to read through all the complaints and concerns raised by camp leaders and delegates. Let me assure you that every issue will be carefully documented and channeled to the administrator for immediate action,” he stated.
He stressed that Dr. Otuaro’s approach to leadership reflects a commitment to transparency, inclusiveness, and meaningful development that aligns with the original vision of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
Gen. Slaboh further appealed for calm, understanding, and continued cooperation among beneficiaries, assuring them that positive changes are already underway.
