Igbogeni, Bayelsa State — In a remarkable show of compassion and leadership, General Elaye Dollar Slaboh, National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme and founder of the Touch Life Foundation, led a delegation of Third Phase leaders on a humanitarian visit to Daisy Home for Special Persons in Igbogeni, Bayelsa State.
The outreach, part of Gen. Slaboh’s consistent monthly humanitarian drive, underscores his commitment to people-centered leadership and the biblical principle of service. Through the Touch Life Foundation, Gen. Slaboh has emerged as a lifeline for orphans, the elderly, and the less privileged across the Niger Delta.
During the visit, the team donated essential supplies including food items, hygiene kits, and medical materials. Residents of Daisy Home responded with heartfelt gratitude, as joy and songs of celebration filled the air.
