We, the leadership, beneficiaries, and stakeholders of the Niger Delta delegates, express profound gratitude to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program, Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, for the recent improvements and timely payment of stipends. This swift action has calmed the nerves of beneficiaries who were previously agitated due to payment delays.
Under the leadership of Comrade Elaye Slabor Dollar, National Chairman of the 3rd Phase Presidential Amnesty Program and Coordinator of Tantita Security Services, Bayelsa State Chapter, we advise all beneficiaries to shun violence and betraying attitudes, embracing peaceful dialogue instead, to achieve the program’s objectives and enjoy the administrator’s mandate.
With the May stipends being paid yesterday, the 28th of May 2025, and ongoing initiatives like stipend increments, empowerment, and training, we believe the program is on track to deliver on its mandate. We commend Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro’s efforts and trust he’ll continue doing great things for the beneficiaries of this great program. May God bless him and his lovely family.
