The National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Program and Coordinator of Tantita Security Service Bayelsa State Chapter, Comrade Elaye Slabor Dollar, and his leaders/stakeholders/beneficiaries applaud Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro for his remarkable development in handling the amnesty program recently, amid all the blackmail and betrayal by some of his fellow Niger Delta brothers.
He thanks the administrator for the payment of all areas allowances to all scholarships students in universities and other tertiary institutions, as well as addressing the issue of delayed stipend payments and ensuring timely payment. This shows the administrator is proactive and touches all areas.
He also believes the administrator will soon initiate the vocational training program and other empowerment programs that all beneficiaries are supposed to benefit from, including leadership training. So, he urges all sons and daughters of the Niger Delta region and diaspora to gather support for Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro’s aims and objectives by keying into the system rather than giving cheap blackmail to the public out of envy.
With this new development, he believes Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro has achieved 75% of his mandate, and we believe he will finally finish it with an excellent result. Thanks, and God bless you all.
