In a colourful ceremony held today, the Chief Executive Officer of Bayelsa Live TV presented a Prestigious Award of Excellence to the National Chairman of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh.
The award was conferred on him in recognition of his visionary leadership, unwavering commitment, and remarkable contributions towards peace, unity, and youth empowerment in the Niger Delta region.
According to Bayelsa Live TV, the decision to honour Gen. Slaboh was borne out of his consistent efforts in mobilising youths, fostering dialogue among stakeholders, and ensuring that the Third Phase under his leadership remains a strong pillar of peace and stability in the Niger Delta.
Speaking after receiving the award, Gen. Slaboh expressed profound gratitude to Bayelsa Live TV for the honour. He however maintained that the recognition was not for him alone but for the entire national executive team of the Third Phase Amnesty Programme.
