Third Phase PAP says blackmailers are impostors, not recognized leaders
The leadership of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has slammed as false, misleading, and self-serving the press statement credited to one General Preye Ekpebide, calling for the removal of the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe.
Contrary to the claims of marginalization and exclusion, verifiable facts show that the NCDMB and the Third Phase PAP recently partnered from July 21st – 26th, 2025, on a major Human Capital Development training in digital marketing skills, where participants were equipped with both knowledge and starter packs to boost self-reliance.
The National Chairman of the Third Phase PAP, General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, together with his national leadership, condemned what they described as cheap blackmail, stressing that those behind the publication are impostors who were never captured in the Amnesty Programme and only parade themselves as “leaders.”
> “We don’t blame them, because they were never captured in the Presidential Amnesty Programme, and therefore have no knowledge of the true leadership or the developmental strides currently being enjoyed. Real leaders don’t chase cheap fame with lies; they work for the empowerment of their people,” General Slaboh emphasized.
He further noted that the individuals circulating group pictures online to validate their claims are not genuine members of the Third Phase leadership, but opportunists attempting to confuse the public. “Those in the picture are not part of the recognized Third Phase structure under my leadership. They are outsiders parading themselves as leaders to mislead our people,” Slaboh added.
Also reacting, the National Publicity Secretary of the Third Phase PAP, Chief General Bright Inko, popularly known as General Who Knows, questioned the credibility of the impostors.
> “Is anyone more Third Phase than me? Stop looking for cheap popularity,” he declared, dismissing the false claims as desperate attempts to confuse the public.
Similarly, the National Assistant Secretary of the Third Phase PAP, General Davidson, posed his own challenge to the impostors:
> “You that was not captured in the Third Phase are now claiming to be more Third Phase than me? Stop the propaganda and embrace the truth,” General Davidson said, calling on the public to ignore attention-seekers.
