In a commendation message, General Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, praised Dr. Otuaro for the successful laptop rollout, describing it as “a visionary move that will significantly boost students’ academic performance nationwide.”
