I, Gen. Elaye Slaboh T.D. Dollars, National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme and Coordinator of Tantita Security Services (Bayelsa State Chapter), on behalf of the National Working Committee and leaders of the Third Phase, extend our deepest gratitude to God Almighty for His abundant grace, guidance, protection, and wisdom bestowed upon us in the Niger Delta region 🙏. Special appreciation goes to our visionary leader and Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, High Chief (Dr.) Dennis Burutu Otuaro, for his tireless and selfless contributions. Under his strategic leadership, the Programme has recorded remarkable milestones, including comprehensive leadership training, educational scholarships (both onshore and offshore—the first of their scale in recent times), vocational skills empowerment, and transformative initiatives that continue to positively impact the lives of beneficiaries and communities throughout the Niger Delta. Your commitment to transparency, inclusivity, and sustainable development serves as an inspiring model for us all.
