
The National Chairman of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, General Elaye Dollar Slaboh, has commended the Presidential Amnesty Administrator, Dr. Dennis Brutu-Otuaro, for his visionary leadership and remarkable achievements in repositioning the programme for greater impact.
General Slaboh praised Dr. Brutu-Otuaro for introducing innovative initiatives that have significantly enhanced human capital development, skill acquisition, and reintegration efforts across the Niger Delta. He emphasized that under the current leadership, the programme has witnessed renewed energy, strategic empowerment schemes, and improved welfare for ex-agitators and other beneficiaries.
He made this known to newsmen during the presentation of a laptop to Gen. Bright Inko, a popularly known beneficiary, in support of his educational journey and career advancement.
Slaboh also urged beneficiaries to remain calm and patient as Dr. Brutu-Otuaro works to realign the programme with its original vision and objectives. He assured them that the positive changes being implemented will soon become evident for all to see.
