We, the undersigned (Who knows Tomorrow, Ebi John, Occasion Boy, Davidson, Princewill Kongo, x-Dog, and associated leaders), issue this consolidated statement to categorically refute recent defamatory publications targeting our persons and the National Chairman of the the Third Phase, Elaye Slaboh. These allegations are a calculated attempt to destabilize the Presidential Amnesty Programme. The accuser’s acknowledgement of our pivotal role with Elaye Slaboh is noted,because we are the “Engine Room” To The Elaye Slaboh Led National Working Committee Of The Presidential Amnesty Programme. As recognized leaders and fundamental stakeholders within the PAP, our primary obligation is the preservation of the Programme’s integrity against machinations by certain privileged beneficiaries aiming to undermine its objectives.We affirm our unequivocal and strategic support for the PAP Administrator, Dr. Dennis Otuaro. Our engagement is geared towards enhancing his administration’s operational efficacy and adherence to the Programme’s core mandate. This collaborative stance is non-negotiable, as Dr. Otuaro’s success is intrinsically linked to the sustained empowerment of PAP beneficiaries.The persistent pattern of internal dissension within the Ijaw leadership is counterproductive, especially when contrasted with the strategic cohesion observed in other geopolitical zones that prioritize collective advancement and discreet internal conflict resolution. Such public infighting subverts regional strategic interests.The current offensive, targeting Dr. Otuaro and by extension, our persons, directly correlates with the Administrator’s robust measures to dismantle systemic financial irregularities within the PAP. The architects of these falsehoods are, in large part, individuals resisting these necessary anti-corruption reforms and accountability mechanisms. Their objective is to generate public agitation and impede the Administrator’s corrective agenda.Specifically, the allegation of clandestine monthly payments from Dr. Dennis Otuaro to Elaye Slaboh, beyond legitimately sanctioned PAP operational funds (which are subject to stringent due process and audit), is a baseless fabrication. We challenge the accuser to provide verifiable evidence.We demand an immediate cessation of these disingenuous campaigns. We urge the instigators to redirect their efforts towards constructive engagement and support for the Administrator’s reformative agenda.
