The United States is reportedly set to temporarily shut down its embassy in Israel until Friday, amid heightened regional tensions and escalating security concerns.
According to a Washington Post report, U.S. officials have raised alarms over Israel’s diminishing missile defense capacity. The report states that “without U.S. resupplies, some assessments project Israel can maintain its missile defense for only 10 to 12 more days.”
