The first edition of the long-awaited leadership training has officially kick-started, and for this, we extend our deepest appreciation to the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, for making this vision a reality. His tireless commitment to capacity building and youth development has been demonstrated once again by this remarkable initiative, which sets the tone for a better and more purposeful leadership within the Amnesty framework.

Indeed, your leadership has brought renewed joy and happiness across the Niger Delta. In just a short time, you have brought visible results: the payment of scholarships, the near commencement of vocational training, empowerment programs that are about to kick off, and the resolution of many BVN-related issues that had previously discouraged beneficiaries. Joy is now visible on the faces of those who once felt forgotten. These actions have written your name with a golden pen in the history of the Niger Delta and the PAP.
We also thank all beneficiaries of the program for their calmness, understanding, and patience. It is this maturity that is giving room for impactful transformation.
