The recent publication making rounds is nothing but a fabrication by envious and confused individuals who parade themselves as “stakeholders” when in reality, they have no stake, no mandate, and no authority in the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
Let it be stated clearly that Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh, National Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Third Phase, is the only legitimate and recognized leader, with the capacity and mandate to lead the affairs of the Third Phase. His leadership remains firm, and no faceless group can undermine it.
How can individuals—some of whom are even afraid to put their correct names—claim to constitute an ELECO? They lack credibility, they lack recognition, and they lack the power to take such a decision. Their actions are nothing more than the rantings of confused elements desperate to create division where there is none.
The truth is simple: the current leadership under Elaye ThankGod Dollar Slaboh remains intact, legitimate, and widely accepted. No amount of envy, propaganda, or faceless publications can change this fact.
