To all relevant security agencies and the general public,
We, the authentic leaders of the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) under the leadership of our bonafide National Chairman, Gen. Elaye Slabor, wish to bring to your attention a purported meeting by unknown individuals claiming to be the electoral constituted team headed by one unknown miscreants Barrister Isu Joshua.
These individuals are not recognized leaders of the Third Phase PAP and therefore lack the authority to conduct any elections or make decisions on behalf of the program. We urge all relevant security agencies to take note of these impostors and invite them for questioning to explain their appointment and the source of their authority.
We also advise the public to disregard any information emanating from these individuals, as it may be capable of disturbing the peace in the Niger Delta region. We implore all beneficiaries of the Niger Delta to remain calm, as our National Chairman is working tirelessly with Dr. Dennis Burutu Utuaro to promote peace and harmony among all leaders.
A peace accord will be established soon to address all grievances and harmonize the leadership. We will ensure that everyone is notified of all authentic information regarding the Third Phase Presidential Amnesty Program.
