DR. OTUARO STORMS THE UNITED KINGDOM TO INTERACT WITH PAP SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS
In a remarkable display of leadership and commitment, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has once again demonstrated his passion for the growth and development of Niger Delta youths.
Dr. Otuaro embarked on a working visit to the United Kingdom, where he held an interactive session with PAP scholarship students studying in various universities across the UK. The meeting created an open platform for dialogue, allowing students to share their experiences, challenges, and academic progress.
His visit brought renewed hope and motivation to the beneficiaries, as he assured them of continued support and the Federal Government’s commitment to their academic success. The students expressed deep appreciation for his fatherly concern and hands-on leadership style.
The Presidential Amnesty Boss continues to prove that he is a man of action—driven by results, compassion, and the vision to empower the next generation of Niger Delta leaders through quality education.
